By subscribing to the research services of ShubInvests, operated by Shubham Ganesh Shirkar (SEBI Registration No: INH000016913), the client confirms that they are availing services at their own discretion and fully understand the terms governed under SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations. All services provided are strictly research-based and educational in nature, and the Research Analyst does not provide any assurance or guarantee of returns.

The client agrees to provide complete and accurate KYC details as required by SEBI/RAASB and understands that all recommendations are based on analysis and must be acted upon using their own judgment. Investments in securities are subject to market risks, and no assurance of profits or protection from losses is provided. Any losses incurred based on research or recommendations cannot be claimed from the Research Analyst.

The Research Analyst confirms valid SEBI registration and compliance with all regulatory requirements. It is clearly stated that no guaranteed return schemes, profit-sharing models, or fixed return services are offered, as such practices are prohibited under law. The maximum fee charged shall be as prescribed by SEBI, and payments must be made only through official channels such as bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateways. Cash payments are not accepted.

It is important to note that the Research Analyst does not execute trades on behalf of clients and will never ask for login credentials, OTPs, or sensitive financial information. Clients are advised to remain cautious and interact only through official communication channels.

Additionally, communication delays or failures may occur due to system or network issues beyond control. Currently, no Artificial Intelligence tools are used in the preparation of research services, and all outputs are based on human analysis. Any future changes will be disclosed as per regulatory requirements.
