Introduction to ODR
SEBI has established a common Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Portal to harness online conciliation and online arbitration for resolution of disputes arising in the Indian Securities Market.
This mechanism provides a uniform, efficient, and accessible process for investors to resolve disputes with market participants, including registered Research Analysts.
